Refund Policy

Because our courses are delivered digitally, please review the following conditions regarding refund requests.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Request Period: You must contact us within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the course.
  • Non-Consumable Content: If more than 20% of the course content has been accessed or downloaded, we may consider the content “consumed,” rendering a full refund ineligible.

2. How to Request a Refund

  • Step 1: Send an email to hello@mrsmxcourses.com including your course payment screenshot, your registered email address, and a brief explanation of your refund request.
  • Step 2: Our support team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
  • Step 3: If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Note: Refunds may not cover any additional fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

3. Special Considerations

  • Digital Goods: Refunds are granted only if you have not accessed or downloaded a significant portion of the content.
  • Exceptions: Refunds will not be granted for technical issues caused by your equipment or internet connection. For any dispute regarding access or technical issues, please contact our support team first.
